We live in the active and artsy town of Carlsbad, California. We are fortunate to have neighbors who are truly an extension of our family. We have dinners together, go on outings to the beach, concerts in the park or just get together to watch some football. We take weekend trips to the local mountains for apple picking, head out to local fields for choosing our pumpkins or enjoy hikes around our area lagoons. Our home is surrounded by a 100 acre park, a lagoon and a golf course. We also live on an ideal street for children, with only 7 houses. There are only homes on one side of the cul-de-sac.

We are walking or biking distance to the beach and to Legoland. We are members of the San Diego Zoo and enjoy taking our visitors there. Sea World, Disneyland and Birch Aquarium are just a few of the other great places to visit nearby. We can't forget the shops, local farmer’s markets and health food stores that we often frequent. Carlsbad is home to a quaint little village, an arts community, a 5K race and marathon and the largest street fair in all of California! The schools in our area are among the best in San Diego. It's a great place to live!
