Our Family
Family. Faith. Fun. These are three important staples of our marriage. We were born and raised in similar family cultures. Dan is from Minnesota and Brenda is from Pennsylvania. Dan comes from a smaller family with one sister, while Brenda has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. We adore one another and cherish our nine years of marriage. We met while working at MapQuest, moved to Colorado and were engaged there. Our baby will have oodles of cousins and neighbor friends to play with. We have eleven nieces and nephews, one of whom was adopted from Russia.
It is a priority for us to spend quality time with our family who are spread out along the East coast in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina, as well as in Minnesota. We both have strong moral values and are thankful for the loving homes where we grew up. This makes it so natural for us to share of ourselves with those around us. We both enjoy sports, travel, spending time with our family and living life to the fullest.
Our Friends
Our friends are an important part of our life and we are fortunate to have many close relationships. With our friends spread out throughout the United States, we take the time to stay in touch through phone calls, emails, letters and visits. Going to the beach, hiking, or just getting together for weekend barbeques are just a few of the activities we enjoy with our local friends here in the San Diego area.
Our out-of-town friends love that we live in a warm and sunny location where they can escape when the cold weather comes or just to enjoy some fun in the sun. Dan makes sure that all of our out of town guests get a shot at learning to surf and playing sports on the beach while Brenda ensures that that her girlfriends get pampered and enjoy some local shopping. We are fortunate to have such a great group of friends!
